Great Fruit Dip

Summer’s here and you need a refreshing, healthy snack. Here’s a fabulous fruit dip that will give you protein! 1 cup of fat free Greek yogurt 2 tbsp Sugar free, Fat free pudding mix (cheesecake is my favorite) dash of cinnamon Fresh Fruit Stir pudding mix and cinnamon into the Greek yogurt until well blended. Serve with your favorite fruit.

Immunity Boosting Muesli

Servings: 2 Time: 5 minutes (not including overnight prep) 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 1 tbsp crushed almonds 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup fresh mixed berries 1 tbsp 100% maple syrup 1.
